Carla is an accomplished Senior HR Professional with a broad range of practical experience—both domestic and international—gained from over 15 years working in multiple industries from manufacturing, technology and travel, to publishing and non-profit.
She is passionate about creating culture, building capability and supporting growth for organizations and their team members. Carla partners with Senior Leadership to develop, oversee and support HR practices that enhance the overall employee experience and build environments that will attract, develop, engage, and retain amazing people. To achieve this, she builds trust through approachability, empathy and efficiency, guiding Leaders in the implementation and support of HR frameworks that make sense for their individual organizations.
Carla achieved her Human Resources Leadership designation in 2003, and has been working with people to build positive and productive work environments ever since.
